Anger work explores anger as energy, signal, and boundary rather than something to fear or suppress.
Anger can arise when we feel hurt, threatened, disrespected, trapped, or powerless. Many people either swallow it until it hardens inside them or express it impulsively and regret the aftermath.
In the Temple of Desire, anger is approached consciously. This chamber supports learning how to recognize anger early, feel it without collapse, and channel it without causing harm.
The purpose is not to erase anger. The purpose is to understand what it is saying and how it moves through the body, the voice, and the nervous system.
When anger becomes conscious, it can shift from destruction into clarity, self-respect, and strength.
